On 2nd July 2015 HPT got official information that ITSM Department of HPT System Integration Center (HN) won the bid named “Re-bidding for the supply, delivery and implementation of IT, Server Management (ITSM) Solution with application performanace and functional testing tools” for Pag-IBIG Fund in Philippines. This is the first bid which HPT executes for this market. This marked ITSM Department and Project Administration Department of HPT System Integration Center (HN) got knowing well bidding procedures of Philippines.

From 11th to 14th May 2015, ITSM Department of HPT System Integration Center (HN) executed PQ step – second step of profile assessment. Although at this time, final decision was not issued, the bidder was impressed by HPT’ s professionalism and capability, wished to get HPT deploying the project.

Mr. Nguyen Tuong Giang – Head of ITSM Department of HPT System Integration Center (HN) – shared “According to Philippines law, in PQ step all tenderers (even failed to execute PQ step) are invited to the PQ step to observe and feedback. If tenderer who is doing PQ step fails, other tenderers will replace. HPT had won absolutely and no competitor had feedback”. This is the key point for HPT won obsolutely the first bid in Philippines market.

This bid also marked effective cooperation between HPT and Total Information Management Corporation (TIM Corp). TIM Corp is a local partner in SI field in Philippines with 25 years of experience. TIM Corp will deploy hardware and HPT will deploy ITSM.
