Building HPT to become a world-class ICT & Software Provider.

Anniversary of establishment:
Annually, on anniversary, HPT staff happily joins art or sport activities of HPT culture. These are occasions for HPT staff shows talents of art performance. And 13th January becomes big event of HPT staff to come together with fellowship.

Summer vacation:
Every summer HPT organizes summer vacation for HPT staff and family to rest and join building activities.

Holidays:
In every holiday, HPT often organizes cultural activities for staff: Labour day, Independence Day, Vietnam Women’s Day, Mid Autumn Festival, Children Day, Lunar New Year… Besides, HPT staff will be off and get benefit as Governmental regular and HPT policy.

HPT selects outstanding individuals:

HPT usually selects “Outstanding titles” through internal competitions. Especially, in Year End Ceremony, HPT gives “Buffalo Prize” and “Outstanding Individual” to department/ center and individual with excellent performance in this year. These prizes encourage HPT staff to overcome challenge and achieve best performance.

HPT Family Day at HCMC and Hanoi:
This event connects Board of Directors, HPT staff and staff families, former staff in family atmosphere. Through this event, HPT expresses gratitude to Board of Directors, HPT staff and staff families, former staff for contribution to HPT success.

Internal activites:

Internal activities such as HPT chess competition, teambuilding activities, talk… help HPT staff has chance to connect each other and share.                                                     

Special book

In special anniversary, HPT publishes book of writings and photographs of HPT staff, wishes of partners and customers.
