HPT collaborates with partner SAS to organize the event "FraudGuard CxO Roundtable 2023: Securing Tomorrow’s Trust Today."

On November 28, 2023, HPT successfully collaborated with its partner SAS to organize the event "FraudGuard CxO Roundtable 2023: Securing Tomorrow’s Trust Today" at the Melia Hotel in Hanoi. The event was attended by over 40 guests, including members of the leadership team, CEOs, department heads, and deputy heads from various banks in the Hanoi region.
 

Understanding the explosion of digital banking and the latest technological advancements to stay competitive and innovative in business, banks continuously introduce new products and policies to enhance customer experience. This, however, creates new opportunities for financial crimes to exploit and abuse the financial system discreetly. HPT, in collaboration with SAS, organized a forum to connect experts and share experiences among banks.

Through questions and queries from the attending guests, the experts further illuminated the overall landscape of contemporary fraud, highlighting its shifting trends, legal frameworks, and approaches to address financial crime challenges throughout the customer journey.
