On November 28, 2023, HPT successfully collaborated with its partner SAS to organize the event "FraudGuard CxO Roundtable 2023: Securing Tomorrow’s Trust Today" at the Melia Hotel in Hanoi. The event was attended by over 40 guests, including members of the leadership team, CEOs, department heads, and deputy heads from various banks in the Hanoi region.
Understanding the explosion of digital banking and the latest technological advancements to stay competitive and innovative in business, banks continuously introduce new products and policies to enhance customer experience. This, however, creates new opportunities for financial crimes to exploit and abuse the financial system discreetly.
